၂၀၂၆ ခုနှစ် လောက်ဒါတိုစီ ရက်သတ္တပတ်အတွက် ရန်ကုန်သာသနာ၊ လက်ထောက်ဆရာတော် ရေမွန် ဝေလင်းထွန်း ၏သဝဏ်လွှာ။

မျှော်လင့်ချက်မှသည် လက်တွေ့လုပ်ဆောင်မှုဆီသို့”

ပုပ်ရဟန်းမင်းကြီး ဖရန်စစ်၏ “လောက်ဒါတိုစီ” (Laudato Si’) အမည်ရှိ စာချွန်တော် ထုတ်ပြန်ခြင်း နှစ် ပတ်လည်နေ့ကို ယခုလတွင် ကျွန်ုပ်တို့ အထိမ်းအမှတ်ပြုကြသည့်အားလျော်စွာ၊ ကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏ ဘုံနေအိမ် ကမ္ဘာကြီးကို စောင့်ရှောက်ကြရန် သာသနာတော်၏ အရေးတကြီး တိုက်တွန်းနှိုးဆော်ချက်ကို ကမ္ဘာတစ် ဝန်းရှိ ကက်သလစ်ဘာသာဝင်များနှင့်အတူ ပူးပေါင်းတုံ့ပြန်ကြပါသည်။ လော်ဒါတိုစီ၏ မျှော်မှန်းချက်နှင့် ပုပ်ရဟန်းမင်းကြီး ဖရန်စစ်၏ သက်သေခံချက်တို့မှ ခွန်အားယူလျက်၊ ယခုနှစ်တွင် ကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် အောက်ပါအကြောင်းအရာကို အခြေခံ၍ ဆင်ခြင်သုံးသပ်ကြမည် ဖြစ်ပါသည် –

“မျှော်လင့်ချက်မှသည် လက်တွေ့လုပ်ဆောင်မှုဆီသို့” –

၁။ ခရစ်ယာန်တို့၏ မျှော်လင့်ချက်သည် လက်တွေ့လုပ်ဆောင်မှုဆီသို့ ဦးတည်ရမည်။

၂။ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံရှိ ကမ္ဘာမြေ၏ ငိုကြွေးသံနှင့် ဆင်းရဲနွမ်းပါးသူတို့၏ ငိုကြွေးသံကို နားစွင့်ခြင်း။ ၃။ လောက် ဒါတိုစီ လှုပ်ရှားမှု – မြန်မာကဏ္ဍ (Laudato Si’ Movement – Myanmar Chapter) တွင် ပါဝင်ကြရန် ဖိတ်ခေါ်ခြင်း။

ကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏ ဘုံနေအိမ်ကို စောင့်ရှောက်ရမည့် မစ်ရှင်လုပ်ငန်းသည် လူတစ်ဦးတစ်ယောက်တည်းကသာ ထမ်းဆောင်၍ မရနိုင်ပါ။ ၎င်းသည် လူမှုအသိုင်းအဝိုင်းများ၊ ကုနဘာသာတူအစုအဖွဲ့များ၊ လူငယ်များ၊ သာသနာပြုအဖွဲ့အစည်းများ၊ မိသားစုများနှင့် ဂိုဏ်းအုပ်သာသနာများ အတူတကွ လက်တွဲလုပ် ဆောင် ကြရန် လိုအပ်ပါသည်။

ထို့ကြောင့် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံရှိ ကက်သလစ်ဘာသာဝင်အားလုံး ဖြစ်ကြသော – ဆရာတော်ကြီးများ၊ ဘုန်း တော်ကြီးများ၊ သာသနာပြု သီလရှင်/သီလသည်များ၊ ဓမ္မဆရာ/မ များ၊ လူငယ်များ၊ မိသားစုများနှင့် ဘာသာတူလူဝတ်ကြောင်အပေါင်းတို့အား လောက်ဒါတိုစီ မစ်ရှင်လုပ်ငန်းတွင် တက်ကြွစွာ ပါဝင်ကြ ပါရန် ကျွန်ုပ်အနေဖြင့် လှိုက်လှဲစွာ ဖိတ်ခေါ်အပ်ပါသည်။

အထူးသဖြင့် ‘လော်ဒါတိုစီ လှုပ်ရှားမှု – မြန်မာကဏ္ဍ’ နှင့် ချိတ်ဆက်ပြီး ဝန်းရံကူညီပေးကြရန် သင်တို့ အား တိုက်တွန်း အားပေးလိုပါသည်။ ဤလှုပ်ရှားမှုသည် ကက်သလစ်ဘာသာဝင်များအတွက် အောက် ပါအချက်များကို အထောက်အကူပြုပါသည် –

၁။ သဘာဝပတ်ဝန်းကျင်ဆိုင်ရာ ဝိညာဉ်ရေးရာကို ပိုမိုနက်ရှိုင်းစေခြင်း၊

၂။ ပတ်ဝန်းကျင်ထိန်းသိမ်းရေး လုပ်ဆောင်ချက်များကို စနစ်တကျ စုဖွဲ့လုပ်ဆောင်ခြင်း၊

၃။ ပညာပေးခြင်းနှင့် အသံထွက်ပေးခြင်းတို့ကို မြှင့်တင်ခြင်း၊

၄။ ဖန်ဆင်းခြင်းခံသဘာဝတရားကို စောင့်ရှောက်ရန်နှင့် မျှော်လင့်ချက်ရှိသော လူ့အဖွဲ့အစည်းများကို တည်ဆောက်ခြင်း။

အကယ်၍ ကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် ဘက်စုံသဘာဝပတ်ဝန်းကျင် ထိန်းသိမ်းရေး၊ ငြိမ်းချမ်းရေး၊ တရားမျှတ ရေး နှင့် လူသားဂုဏ်သိက္ခာတို့အတွက် အတူတကွ လက်တွဲလုပ်ဆောင်မည်ဆိုပါက မြန်မာနိုင်ငံရှိ ကျွန်ုပ် တို့ ၏ သာသနာတော်သည် အာရှဒေသတွင် ရှေ့ပြေးပရောဖက်ပြု သက်သေခံချက်တစ်ခု ဖြစ်လာနိုင် ပါ သည်။

အထူးသဖြင့် လူငယ်များတွင် အရေးကြီးသော အခန်းကဏ္ဍရှိပါသည်။ ကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏ လူငယ်များအနေဖြင့် မျှော်လင့်ချက် မပျက်ကြရန် ကျွန်ုပ် အားပေးလိုပါသည်။ သင်တို့၏ တက်ကြွသော စွမ်းအင်၊ ဖန်တီးနိုင် စွမ်းနှင့် ကတိကဝတ်ပြုမှုတို့သည် ကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏ လူ့အဖွဲ့အစည်းကို အသစ်တဖန်ဖြစ်စေရန်နှင့် ကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏ ဘုံနေအိမ်ကို ကာကွယ်စောင့်ရှောက်ရန် အထောက်အကူပြုနိုင်ပါသည်။

ကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏ သာသနာနယ်ပယ်များသည် ပိုမိုစိမ်းလန်းစိုပြည်ပါစေ၊ ကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏ လူမှုအသိုင်းအဝိုင်း များ သည် ပိုမိုစာနာသနားတတ်ကြပါစေ၊ ကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏ စိတ်နှလုံးများသည်လည်း ဘုရားသခင်၏ ဖန်ဆင်း ခြင်းခံ သဘာဝတရားအပေါ် ပိုမိုပွင့်လင်းလာကြပါစေ။

ကျွန်ုပ်တို့ အတူတကွ လျှောက်လှမ်းကြပါစို့ – မျှော်လင့်ချက်မှသည် လက်တွေ့လုပ်ဆောင်မှုဆီသို့၊ လျစ် လျူရှုမှုမှသည် တာဝန်သိစိတ်ရှိမှုဆီသို့၊ ဖျက်ဆီးခြင်းမှသည် စောင့်ရှောက်ခြင်းဆီသို့။

ဘုရားသခင်သည် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံကို ကောင်းချီးပေးပါစေ၊ ကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏ ပြည်သူများကို ကောင်းချီးပေးပါစေ၊ ကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏ ဘုံနေအိမ်ကမ္ဘာကြီးကို ကောင်းချီးပေးပါစေ။

Message for Laudato Si’ Week 2026
“From Hope to Action”

This month we commemorate the anniversary of the encyclical letter of Pope Francis’ “Laudato Si’,” we join Catholics around the world in responding to the urgent call of the Church to care for our common home. Inspired by the vision of Laudato Si’ and the witness of Pope Francis, we reflect this year on the theme:

“From Hope to Action”

A Call to Join the Laudato Si’ Movement – Myanmar Chapter

The mission of caring for our common home cannot be carried by one person alone. It requires communities, parishes, youth, religious congregations, families, and dioceses working together.

Therefore, I warmly invite all Catholics in Myanmar:
bishops, priests, religious, catechists, youth, families, and lay faithful to become active participants in the Laudato Si’ mission.
I especially encourage you to connect with and support the Laudato Si’ Movement – Myanmar Chapter.
This movement helps Catholics:
deepen ecological spirituality,
organize environmental action,
promote education and advocacy,
and build communities of hope and care for creation.


Our Church in Myanmar can become a prophetic witness in Asia if we work together for integral ecology, peace, justice, and human dignity.
Young people especially have an important role. I encourage our youth not to lose hope. Your energy, creativity, and commitment can help renew our society and protect our common home.

Conclusion
May our parishes become greener, our communities more compassionate, and our hearts more open to God’s creation.

Let us move together: from hope to action, from indifference to responsibility, and from destruction to care.
